A couple of shots of the FINAL assassin paint job. I think I'm happy with this look now. So indecisive!
Colours that I changed were the blue on the uniform for the "classic" purple, with a twist that makes it colder than liche purple. And the phial which is now an aqua and not a green, which is a bit more Dark Elf than Skaven magic. To my mind, Dark Magic should be a cold, otherworldly colour. Full colours below.
Let me know what you think!

Looking good T-bombs! Yes, the potion is an improvement, and for some reason this clothing set up makes his face stand out more. This is the first time I noticed his little tattoo which is a really nice touch.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nbombs, yeah happy with this effect. I think it's suitably Forces of Destruction magic. I think I might do a final glaze of of blue/green washes around the back of the phial just for a bit of depth.
DeleteHmm, I thought I preferred the green/blue look, but this is good. It does have a dark, more sinister look. You have kept the rich purple to a minimum - good work!
